Direct Divine Light Healing* is an energy healing technique that brings Divine Light into different parts of your aura and your life. Through 1-on-1 sessions, you can receive Divine support to improve the quality of your life. Sessions can also help you prepare internally for life changes you know are on the way. They might jump-start a new phase of spiritual growth and renewal. Regardless of why you’re here, bringing Divine Light into your aura helps you more fully awaken to the Divine within yourself and within all of life.

About Your Session
Location: South Park, San Diego, CA 92104
Duration: Lightwork sessions can last 60-90 min. For each session, you’ll choose duration beforehand.
For your first session, please plan for ~10 min longer than the scheduled duration (so, if you schedule 75 min, plan for 85 min). This gives time to introduce ourselves, complete an intake form, and briefly orient you to the technique.
Modalities: We’ll use up to 5 lightwork modalities in your session. Each modality brings in a different type of healing energy that is specific to the part of the aura it works on. In each session, we choose modalities according to session duration and what you’re working on. Most modalities don’t involve physical touch; the ones that do are always optional.

What services do you offer?

We offer 1-on-1 lightwork sessions called “Direct Divine Light Healing.” Most sessions last 60-90 minutes, from the time you arrive to the time you leave. The lightwork portion typically lasts 45-75 minutes.
For your first session, please plan for about 10 minutes longer than the scheduled time. For example, if you schedule a 60-minute session, plan for 70 minutes. This gives us time to introduce ourselves and complete an intake form.
What is Divine Light Healing?
How is it different from reiki?

Direct Divine Light Healing* sessions are offered only by people who have completed at least 5 years of metaphysics training, who have reached a certain level of healing consciousness, and who have undergone (and maintain) certification through Spiritual Arts Institute, a metaphysics school located in Southern California.
There are some similarities to Reiki sessions — for example, you lie on a massage table while I direct light into your chakras — but the light and energy that come through are very different. DDLH sessions are more customizeable and have more wide-ranging effects than Reiki. DDLH is also a more complex technique than Reiki. Lastly, 4 of the 5 modalities used in a DDLH session work at deeper levels of your consciousness than Reiki.
DDLH is about more than just feeling good for a few days. It’s about changing your life for the better.

Divine Light is the light behind all of Creation. It shapes everything in life, including you — your perspectives, words, choices, feelings, and physical body.
The more Light you bring into your life, the more you grow. The brighter, more fulfilling life becomes.
Your aura is made of Divine Light. And every part of your life is a manifestation of your aura. You are multifaceted because your aura is multifaceted. Different parts of your aura reflect different parts of your life and shape how you interact with life — your perspectives, words, choices, and feelings. All parts of your aura can become brighter. When they do, your life becomes more vibrant, more fulfilling, and more expansive. The quality of your life changes. Sometimes, the forms change, too.
Your aura also reflects your relationship with the Divine. And like any relationship, as you build the Light within you, your relationship with the Divine deepens and awakens in new ways.
As you build Light in your life, your relationships blossom, frustrations dissolve, work becomes a dance of fulfillment — joy, harmony, and prosperity. Inner joy and love deepen. Your confidence builds in all areas of life. Physical healing can be quickened. What once seemed impossible can become possible.

Because Divine Light is behind every part of you and your life, our sessions can work on any part of you and your life. Some obvious areas are mental/emotional health, physical health, relationships/personal interactions, career, finances, general spiritual growth, preparing for new phases of life, saying goodbye to old phases of life, and any specific life challenge you might be working through.
About AutumN
I began my exploration of spirituality and metaphysics in the 1990s. Much of what I found seemed partly right, but nothing stuck until 2018, when a new phase of spiritual development began.
In 2019 I began metaphysics training at Spiritual Arts Institute and established a daily practice of meditating with Divine Light. Together, these introduced even more dramatic changes in my life, and my experience of the Divine deepened further.
In 2025, I completed a multiyear certification program in this healing technique, which I now offer to you. My training at the Institute is ongoing, and I maintain active certification in the technique.
